This was another great week. We enjoyed living, learning, and playing with love. This week included rainbows, boat building, feeding giraffes, and lots of dots!
The week started with a beautiful rainbow during a storm, rainbows are one of my favorite things.
In Science this week we learned about giraffes, what better way to enhance their learning experience than feeding one?!?
Our small homeschool group planned a build a boat challenge. The kids were asked to make a boat and then we met at the river to test them out.
Alex tested his in the pool first…
Ava is very proud of her boat…
Success, they all floated!
Ava still loves gymnastics and this is how I find her in her seat when I open her door to buckle her….
We do spend more time outdoors learning but when we do sit down at home to learn this is what it looks like…
In History we learned about the tithing man. The kids thought the idea of someone whacking you on the head for smiling was nuts and they enjoyed tickling one another’s noses with their replication of the instrument the tithing man used.
Audrey loves bingo daubers. She puts dots on everything, so why not letters?!?
It was a great week and I feel that we accomplished a bunch and made a few memories along the way. What did you do this week?
