I recently bought a set of silicone tubes online (I put the link at the bottom of this post) to make squeezeable yogurts with. They have been a hit with the kids and saved me a ton of money. I fill them with yogurt, usually homemade, stick them in the fridge. I also stick them in the freezer to pack in a picnic lunch. I never have to buy those overpriced organic squeezable yogurts again! I am seriously considering buying another set.
Today I wanted to make a new dessert for the kids. I wanted chocolate and I figured why not make a squeezable fudgescile? To the kitchen I went. These are so easy and delicious….I dare you to try them!
Here is what you need: 1 cup coconut milk, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 2 small ripe bananas, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (next time I may add a spoonful or two of peanut butter!)
Here is what you do: mix everything in the blender for about a minute. Poor into your desired molds and freeze.
It is just too easy! The hardest part is waiting for them to freeze!!
You can see that Ava found them very delicious and refreshing after a mid afternoon swim!
